What are the SN Strategy Navigators?
SN Strategy Navigators is 許瑞蘭 (Cindy Hsu)'s personal research model, researched since 2003 and continuously updated.
Each chart lays out the full scope of one topic, so you can see where you stand now, where the problem lies and which way to go next.
How do I read a chart?
- Step one: choose the chart most relevant to your current question (for example, for a start-up, the Entrepreneur Personality Characters and Ability Development Navigator; for a brand, the Enterprise Branding R&D and Marketing Strategies Navigator).
- Step two: find your stage on the vertical axis, then your scale on the horizontal axis. The point where the two meet is your current coordinate.
- Step three: look at the topic at that intersection and ask yourself whether you have achieved it. Whatever you have not yet achieved is where you need to break through.

Who is Cindy Hsu?
Cindy Hsu (許瑞蘭) is the founder of SN Strategy Navigators and 富達樂 ABUNDANCE.
Cindy has researched SN Strategy Navigators since 2003 and continuously updates it, combining strategy analysis, startup coaching and AI tools to help foreign companies grow in Taiwan and help founders turn their talents and strengths into business.
What is the Human Index?
The Human Index is a research method still under development; nothing about it is an assessment or a recommendation.
How do I book strategy coaching or innovation consulting?
Book a one-to-one strategy coaching or innovation consulting session, or an AI operations management consultation.
How we screen: there are no free intro calls.
Send a short written summary of your situation and needs, or a link to a self-introduction video of up to 3 minutes (who you are, where things stand, what you want to solve); at least one is required.
Cindy reviews requests personally when she is free and only contacts applicants she can take on; incomplete requests are not processed.
Does it have to be in person?
Consulting does not need to be in person; it can be done by video call, LINE, WhatsApp, WeChat or email.
Which languages are sessions held in?
Coaching is in Chinese or English; Japanese coaching is not offered.
I am outside Taiwan. How do sessions work?
Sessions are held online by video. Times are set in Taiwan time (UTC+8) and can be arranged around your time zone.
How soon will I hear back?
We usually reply within two working days if we can take on your request.
How do payment and cancellation work?
After you send a form on our website, we email you a quotation with the service details, the price and how to pay.
Your booking is confirmed once we receive a deposit of 50% of the total price, subject to our right to decline (see section 3).
Clients in Taiwan: bank transfer.
International clients: credit card (online payment link) or PayPal.
Prices are in New Taiwan dollars (NTD) unless the quotation states otherwise.
Can you help a foreign company set up in Taiwan?
It works even when you're not in Taiwan: we help foreign companies set up an office, arrange local business representation and day-to-day business handling, and offer Chinese, English and Japanese business interpretation.
Eligibility is determined by the authorities; no visa or residence outcome is guaranteed.
Do you give investment advice?
We do not provide investment advice or securities investment consulting services, and we do not offer, sell or broker securities.
How is my personal data handled?
We handle the personal data you give us in line with Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act.
Human Index answers and Strategy Navigators interview content are used for research, model learning/training and statistical analysis; they are de-identified first and never published with names or other identifiable information.
Is there a community I can join?
Each topic has a Chinese and an English Facebook group.
