付款與取消政策Payment & Cancellation Policy

1. 預約與訂金1. Booking & deposit

• 你送出網站表單後，我們會以 Email 寄給你一份報價單，內含服務內容、金額與付款資訊。After you send a form on our website, we email you a quotation with the service details, the price and how to pay.
• 收到總價 50% 的訂金後，預約才算正式成立；我們仍保留是否接案的權利（見第 3 點）。Your booking is confirmed once we receive a deposit of 50% of the total price, subject to our right to decline (see section 3).
• 其餘款項於服務開始前或交件時付清，依報價單上的約定為準。The balance is paid before the service or on delivery, as stated in your quotation.

2. 付款方式2. Payment methods

• 台灣客戶：銀行轉帳。轉帳後請回覆報價信，告訴我們轉出帳號的末五碼，方便我們核對入帳。Clients in Taiwan: bank transfer. After paying, please reply to the quotation email with the last 5 digits of the account you paid from so we can match your payment.
• 國外客戶：信用卡（線上付款連結）或 PayPal。International clients: credit card (online payment link) or PayPal.
• 收款帳號與線上刷卡付款連結都會寫在報價信裡，網站上不公開。Our bank details and the online card payment link are given in the quotation email; they are not published on this website.
• 除非報價單另有註明，價格均以新台幣（NTD）計算。Prices are in New Taiwan dollars (NTD) unless the quotation states otherwise.

3. 保留接案權3. Our right to decline

本服務於收到訂金後，仍保留是否接案之權利。若經評估雙方不適合合作，將於 7 日內全額退還已付款項，並不另收任何費用。Even after we receive your deposit, we reserve the right to decide whether to take on your booking. If we find that we are not a good fit to work together, we will refund everything you have paid in full within 7 days, with no fees charged.

4. 取消與改期4. Cancellation & rescheduling

訂金為總價的 50%。如需取消或改期，請寫信到 info@abundancenexus.com 告訴我們。The deposit is 50% of the total price. To cancel or reschedule, please email info@abundancenexus.com.

• 服務日前 14 天（含）以上取消：訂金全額退還，或保留訂金改期一次。Cancelled 14 days or more before the service: full refund of the deposit, or keep the deposit and reschedule once.
• 服務日前 7–13 天取消：退還一半訂金（即總價的 25%）。Cancelled 7–13 days before the service: half of the deposit is refunded (25% of the total price).
• 服務日前 未滿 7 天取消，或當天未出席：訂金不退還。Cancelled less than 7 days before the service, or no-show: the deposit is not refunded.
• 如由我們取消：依你的選擇，全額退還已付款項，或另約時間改期。If we cancel: you choose between a full refund of what you have paid or rescheduling.
• 改期：服務日前 7 天（含）以上提出，可免費改期一次。Rescheduling: you can reschedule once free of charge if you ask at least 7 days before the service.

5. 退款方式5. Refunds

除第 3 點（不接案時 7 日內全額退還，不另收任何費用）外，退款會在確認後 14 天內，以你原本的付款方式退還。銀行、信用卡或 PayPal 等第三方收取的交易手續費，可能無法退還。Except as set out in section 3 (a full refund within 7 days, with no fees, if we decline), refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of confirmation. Transaction fees charged by third parties, such as banks, card processors or PayPal, may not be refundable.

6. 禁止錄音錄影及轉售6. No recording or resale

未經書面同意，嚴禁於輔導、諮詢或課程中錄音、錄影或拍攝，亦不得轉售、公開或散布任何服務內容與資料。違者將立即終止服務，已付款項不予退還，並保留法律追訴權。Without our written consent, you may not make audio or video recordings or take photos during any coaching session, consultation or course, and you may not resell, publish or distribute any of our service content or materials. If you do, we will end the service immediately, payments already made will not be refunded, and we reserve the right to take legal action.
