Each chart lays out the full scope of one topic, so you can see where you stand now, where the problem lies and which way to go next.

2Getting started in three steps

1. Step one: choose the chart most relevant to your current question (for example, for a start-up, the Entrepreneur Personality Characters and Ability Development Navigator; for a brand, the Enterprise Branding R&D and Marketing Strategies Navigator).
2. Step two: find your stage on the vertical axis, then your scale on the horizontal axis. The point where the two meet is your current coordinate.
3. Step three: look at the topic at that intersection and ask yourself whether you have achieved it. Whatever you have not yet achieved is where you need to break through.
