簽證、居留與代理事項Visas, residence and representation

我們提供在台設立公司與商務簽證、居留的相關資訊與諮詢，實際資格以主管機關規定為準，我們不保證取得任何簽證或居留。我們不擔任訴訟代理人或法定代理人，也不直接辦理法律或會計申報；相關事項由專業人士處理。We provide information and consulting on setting up a company in Taiwan and on business visas and residence. Eligibility is decided under the rules of the competent authorities, and we do not guarantee any visa or residence permit. We do not act as a litigation agent or statutory agent, and we do not file legal or accounting returns directly; those matters are handled by qualified professionals.

不提供投資與證券服務No investment or securities services

我們不提供投資建議、證券投資顧問服務，也不提供有價證券的募集、買賣或居間服務。我們不推薦、不評等也不背書任何公司或投資案，也不提供估值意見。We do not provide investment advice or securities investment consulting services, and we do not offer, sell or broker securities. We do not recommend, rate or endorse any company or investment, and we do not give valuation opinions.

不經手資金，不保證報酬We never handle funds or guarantee returns

No one may solicit investment on our website or in our groups by promising capital protection, guaranteed returns or fixed income. All investments carry risk, including the loss of your entire investment. Investors make their own decisions at their own risk, and should do their own checks and consult qualified professionals.

想向大眾籌資，請走合法管道Raising money from the public? Use legal channels

我們不在網站或社團公開邀請大眾認購股份。有意向大眾籌資的創業者，請洽詢依法設立的管道，例如證券櫃檯買賣中心「創櫃板」，或經主管機關核准的股權群眾募資平台。We do not invite the public to subscribe for shares on our website or in our groups. Founders who want to raise money from the public should use channels set up under the law, such as the Taipei Exchange GISA board (創櫃板) or a licensed equity crowdfunding platform.

營運計畫書與影片是案例研究Business plans and videos are case studies

我們發布的營運計畫書，是依創業者的構想寫成的案例研究與示範，有些事業尚未開始營運；影片中的開業場景是示意圖，非實景，並會標示。地址、合作對象、財務數字等保密細節不公開。The business plans we publish are case studies and demonstrations based on founders' ideas; some of the businesses have not started yet. Opening scenes in our videos are illustrations, not real footage, and are labelled as such. Confidential details such as addresses, partners and financials are not published.

資料來源與正確性Data sources and accuracy

經濟與產業數據盡量引用國際貨幣基金（IMF）、世界銀行等官方或公開來源，並註明來源與年份。數據可能修訂、延遲或有估計誤差，我們不保證完全正確、完整或即時；使用前請查核原始來源。Economic and industry data are taken wherever possible from official or public sources such as the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank, with the source and year cited. Data may be revised, delayed or estimated, and we do not guarantee that they are fully accurate, complete or up to date; please check the original source before relying on them.

人類指數Human Index

Participants receive one copy of the business plan and the video link free of charge to share and use themselves, but may not resell them or adapt them for commercial use. The right to start and run the business remains with the participant (see section 5).

3. 隱私權政策（摘要）3. Privacy (summary)

• 我們依台灣《個人資料保護法》處理你在表單或來信中提供的資料，只用於回覆洽詢、審閱申請與安排服務。We handle the data you give us in forms or emails in line with Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act, and use it only to reply to enquiries, review applications and arrange services.
• 經你勾選同意，申請與合作內容會以去識別化方式用於研究與統計（人類指數，仍在研究中的研究方法），絕不連同可識別個人的資訊公開。With the consent you tick, application and collaboration content is used in de-identified form for research and statistics (the Human Index, a research method still under development), and is never published with information that identifies you.
• 你可以隨時寫信到 info@abundancenexus.com 要求查詢、更正或刪除你的資料。You can email info@abundancenexus.com at any time to see, correct or delete your data.

4. 付款與取消政策（摘要）4. Payment & cancellation (summary)

• 付費服務以 Email 報價單為準；收到總價 50% 的訂金後，預約才算成立，我們仍保留是否接案的權利（不接案時 7 日內全額退還）。Paid services follow the quotation we email you; a booking is confirmed once a 50% deposit is received, subject to our right to decline (with a full refund within 7 days if we do).
• 取消與改期依服務日前的天數處理：14 天（含）以上、7–13 天、未滿 7 天各有不同規定。Cancellation and rescheduling depend on how far ahead you cancel: 14 days or more, 7–13 days, or less than 7 days.
• 未經書面同意，不得在輔導、諮詢或課程中錄音錄影，也不得轉售或散布服務內容。Without written consent, you may not record any coaching, consultation or course, or resell or distribute our service content.

5. 創業構想影片合作規定5. Business Idea Video Collaboration terms

本合作免費，不向你收取任何費用。入選後，雙方先簽署書面合作同意書（著作權、公開範圍、保密細節、取消規定都寫在裡面），才開始討論；個別約定以雙方簽署的同意書為準。This collaboration is free; we do not charge you anything. If you are accepted, we both sign a written collaboration agreement first (copyright, what is published, private details and cancellation are all set out in it) before any discussion starts; the signed agreement governs the details.

取消Cancellation

• 營運計畫書初稿交付前，可以免費取消。You can cancel free of charge until the first draft of the business plan is delivered.
• 初稿完成後、拍攝開始前取消，須支付製作補償費 NT$30,000。If you cancel after the draft but before filming starts, a production compensation fee of NT$30,000 applies.
• 拍攝開始後，各項製作支出與時間成本即已產生；仍可取消，但須支付製作補償費 NT$60,000，Cindy 保留以去識別化方式使用該內容的權利。Once filming starts, production costs and time costs have already been incurred; you can still cancel, but a production compensation fee of NT$60,000 applies, and Cindy retains the right to use the content in de-identified form.

發布後下架Takedown after publishing

須支付製作補償費 NT$60,000，並賠償預估收益損失（影片發布後的 YouTube 平均每日收益 × 365 日，以 YouTube 後台數據為準，Cindy 會提供數據截圖供你查核）。A production compensation fee of NT$60,000 applies, plus compensation for estimated lost earnings (the video's average daily YouTube earnings since publication × 365 days, based on YouTube Studio data; Cindy provides screenshots of the data for you to check).

不得轉售No resale

違約轉售或有償散布計畫書或影片，須支付懲罰性違約金 NT$60,000，並交付出售所得的 70%；付款不代表同意轉售，仍須立即停止並下架。Reselling, or distributing for payment, the plan or video in breach of the agreement means punitive liquidated damages of NT$60,000 plus 70% of the sale proceeds; paying does not mean consent to resale, and it must still stop and be taken down immediately.

製作補償費與違約金都不是服務費用。Production compensation fees and liquidated damages are not service fees.

構想仍屬於你（不競業）Your idea stays yours (non-compete)

Cindy 承諾不以你提供的創業構想，自行或與他人在同一地區經營相同事業；創業與經營的權利仍屬於你，Cindy 的權利只限於計畫書與影片的著作權及公開播放。Cindy will not use your business idea to start or run the same business in the same area, either herself or with others. The right to start and run the business remains with you; Cindy's rights cover only the copyright in, and public release of, the business plan and video.

公開後無法保密Public means public

內容一經公開，就是公開資訊，Cindy 無法保證他人不會模仿類似的構想。需要完全保密，請改選付費的一對一策略顧問服務。Once published, the content is public information, and Cindy cannot guarantee that others will not imitate a similar idea. If you need full confidentiality, choose our paid one-to-one strategy consulting instead.

6. 投資媒合刊登規定6. Investment-matching listing rules

• 選擇性：只有參加「創業構想影片合作」並以書面勾選同意的創業者，營運計畫書才會刊登在 Cindy 經營的投資媒合社群或平台（例如 Facebook 社團「06 新創事業和投資」）。不同意也能參加合作。Optional: a business plan is listed on the investment-matching community or platform run by Cindy (for example the Facebook group "06 New Ventures & Investment") only if the founder took part in the Business Idea Video Collaboration and agreed in writing. You can take part in the collaboration without it.
• 刊登由管理員發布，內容是營運計畫書的公開版本（案例研究），不含地址、合作對象、財務數字等保密細節。刊登不代表推薦或背書。Listings are posted by the admin and show the public version of the business plan (a case study), without confidential details such as addresses, partners or financials. A listing is not a recommendation or endorsement.
• 不收媒合費，也不收取任何與投資成敗連動的費用。There is no matching fee, and no fee linked to whether any investment happens.
• 創業者可以隨時以書面要求撤下，下架人工費 NT$600，收到要求及費用後 7 日內移除。Founders can ask in writing to withdraw a listing at any time; a manual takedown fee of NT$600 applies, and the listing is removed within 7 days of receiving the request and the fee.
• 投資人想聯絡刊登的創業者，請寫信到 invest@abundancenexus.com 並註明刊登名稱；Cindy 會轉交給創業者，由創業者決定是否回覆。我們不公開創業者的聯絡方式，之後的洽談由雙方自行進行。Investors who want to contact a listed founder should email invest@abundancenexus.com with the listing name; Cindy passes the message on and the founder decides whether to reply. We do not publish founders' contact details, and any discussion after that is between the two parties.
• 社團內禁止募資、招股、找投資人的貼文，以及任何保本、保證報酬或固定收益的說法。有意向大眾籌資的創業者，請洽櫃買中心創櫃板，或經主管機關核准的股權群眾募資平台。Fundraising, share-offering or investor-seeking posts are not allowed in the group, nor is any claim of capital protection, guaranteed returns or fixed income. Founders who want to raise money from the public should go to the Taipei Exchange GISA board (創櫃板) or a licensed equity crowdfunding platform.
• 本刊登不提供投資建議、證券投資顧問、有價證券募集或居間服務，不代收款項，不保證報酬（見第 1 節）。Listings involve no investment advice, securities consulting, securities offering or brokerage; we do not handle any money and do not guarantee returns (see section 1).
