適用範圍Scope

本政策適用於 abundancenexus.com 網站（富達樂 ABUNDANCE），包括網站上的洽詢與預約表單，以及你寫信到我們信箱的內容。This policy covers the abundancenexus.com website (ABUNDANCE 富達樂), including its enquiry and booking forms and any email you send to our mailbox.

我們蒐集哪些資料What we collect

你在表單填寫或來信提供的資料：姓名、Email、電話或 LINE ID 等聯絡帳號、公司或單位名稱、希望的聯絡方式與日期，以及你描述的需求內容；申請篩選時，也包括你的構想或需求簡述，以及你提供的自拍影片連結。請不要提供與洽詢無關的敏感資料。What you enter in a form or include in an email: your name, email, phone or LINE ID and other contact IDs, company or organisation, preferred contact method and dates, and the details of your request; for screened applications, also your written idea or needs summary and any self-recorded video link you provide. Please do not send sensitive information that the enquiry does not need.

蒐集目的與利用Why we collect it and how we use it

用於回覆你的洽詢、審閱你的申請，以及安排你要求的服務（例如參觀、座位、諮詢、專訪、創業構想影片合作或合作）。除下方「專訪、影片拍攝與人類指數問卷」及「創業構想影片合作」所說、經你同意的去識別化研究用途外，不作其他用途，不出售或出租給任何人。To reply to your enquiry, review your application and arrange the service you asked for (for example a visit, a desk, consulting, an interview, a business idea video collaboration or a partnership). Apart from the de-identified research use you agree to, described below under "Interviews, feature videos and the Human Index questionnaire" and "Business Idea Video Collaboration", we do not use it for anything else, and we never sell or rent it to anyone.

資料怎麼傳送與保存How it is sent and kept

表單送出後，內容以電子郵件寄到 info@abundancenexus.com，再轉寄到我們處理洽詢的工作信箱（包含協助整理洽詢與草擬回覆的 AI 助理信箱；每封回覆都由我們確認後才寄出）。同時會寄一封確認信到你填寫的 Email。網站伺服器不另外保存表單內容，沒有資料庫或記錄檔。When you send a form, its content is emailed to info@abundancenexus.com and forwarded to the mailboxes we use to handle enquiries (including an AI assistant mailbox that helps sort enquiries and draft replies; we check every reply before it is sent). We also send a confirmation email to the address you entered. The website server does not keep a copy: there is no database or log of form content.

保存期間How long we keep it

只在處理你的洽詢及後續服務需要的期間內保存，不再需要時即刪除。Only for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and any service that follows; after that we delete it.

你的權利Your rights

依《個人資料保護法》第 3 條，你可以要求查詢或閱覽、取得複製本、補充或更正、停止蒐集處理或利用，以及刪除你的個人資料。請寫信到 info@abundancenexus.com。Under Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act you may ask to see your data or get a copy, add to or correct it, stop its collection, processing or use, or have it deleted. Please email info@abundancenexus.com.

不提供資料的影響If you choose not to provide data

你可以自由決定是否提供資料；但缺少必要的聯絡資料時，我們可能無法回覆或安排服務。Providing data is your choice, but without the contact details we need we may not be able to reply or arrange the service.

專訪、影片拍攝與人類指數問卷Interviews, feature videos and the Human Index questionnaire

接受創業者專訪或影片拍攝採訪的受訪者，會以「SN 策略導航座標」研究方法接受提問，並填寫「人類指數」調查問卷（人類指數為發展中的研究方法）。人類指數問卷回答與策略導航座標的訪談內容，會用於研究、模型學習／訓練與統計分析；使用前會去識別化，絕不會連同姓名或可識別個人的資訊公開。採訪影片的拍攝與公開方式，以受訪前簽署的同意書或合約為準。People interviewed for a founder interview or a feature video are interviewed using the SN Strategy Navigators coordinates research method and complete the Human Index questionnaire (the Human Index is a research method under development). Human Index answers and Strategy Navigators interview content are used for research, model learning/training and statistical analysis; they are de-identified first and never published with names or other identifiable information. How the interview video is filmed and published is set out in the consent form or agreement signed beforehand.

創業構想影片合作Business Idea Video Collaboration

申請「創業構想影片合作」時，你的構想簡述或影片連結只用於篩選；影片請放在你自己管理的平台（例如 YouTube 不公開影片或 Google 雲端硬碟），我們不接受檔案上傳，也不會公開你的申請資料。入選後，計畫書與影片的公開範圍、保密細節與取消規定，以雙方簽署的合作同意書為準。經你在表單上勾選同意，你的申請資料與合作內容會以去識別化方式（拿掉姓名、肖像、地點和可辨認的細節）用於研究、模型學習／訓練與統計分析（人類指數，發展中的研究方法），絕不會連同可識別個人的資訊公開。When you apply for the Business Idea Video Collaboration, your idea summary or video link is used only to screen your application. Please host the video on a platform you control (for example an unlisted YouTube video or Google Drive); we do not accept file uploads and we do not publish your application. If you are accepted, what is published from the plan and video, which details stay private and how cancellation works are set out in the collaboration agreement we both sign. With the consent you tick on the form, your application and the collaboration content are used in de-identified form (names, faces, places and recognisable details removed) for research, model learning/training and statistical analysis (the Human Index, a research method under development), and are never published with information that identifies you.
